How often do I receive the newsletter?

Every month Casamilano sends a newsletter to all the users who have requested it.

How can I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe at any time by simply clicking on the link at the bottom of the newsletter. Remember that by unsubscribing, you will not be able to keep in touch with Casamilano and be updated on the latest news on Casamilano collection.

What happens if I change my email address?

If you change your email address, you will need to register again here.

Registration on www.casamilanohome.com is reserved exclusively for architects, interior designers, retailers, journalists.

Why do I have to register?

If you are an architect, interior designer, retailer, journalist, you can register for free in reserved areas and have access to contents such as 2D files, 3D files, assembly instructions, all materials about Casamilano collection, high-resolution photos of the products.

What can I do if I have problems with the site?

If you have problems linked to viewing images, registering, accessing the site or other technical problems, please contact us via email to web@casamilanohome.com. We will deal with the problem as soon as possible.

Is registration free?

Yes, registration is free.

How can I register?

If you are an architect, interior designer, retailer, journalist you can register for free simply by filling out the registration form with your data. Keep the username (your email address) and password: you will need them for future access to the site.

What happens if I forget my password?

Click on "Forgot your password?" and enter the email address you used to register on www.casamilanohome.com. We will send you a link via email: after clicking on the link you will be able to create a new password for your account.

Can I change my password?

You can change the password at any time. To do it, you have to click on the Login button and than click on "Forgot your password?" button to create a new one.

What happens if I change my email address?

If you change the email address you used to register on the site, you will need to register again by filling out the form with your data.

Is it possible to buy a product in special sizes?

In addition to standard production, Casamilano offers the possibility of customizing product sizes and finishes.

How can I get more information on Casamilano products?

Inside the page containing the product of your interest, click on PRODUCT SHEET and download the complete information sheet.

Are Casamilano products made in Italy?

Casamilano is an Italian company all Made in Italy. The collection is entirely designed and made in Italy, from design to creativity, from style to the realization of the finished product. The entire production process is zero kilometer, performed by highly qualified local artisans, with great skill and competence, to always guarantee superior quality.

Do I have a guarantee on my products?

All Casamilano products are covered by a warranty valid for 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. We remind you that the damaged parts are not covered by the warranty due to bad or incorrect installation, damage caused by accidental events such as falls, blows, natural disasters, fires and any defect not directly attributable to the manufacture of the product. The warranty is not valid if the product is disassembled, modified or repaired without first consulting Casamilano. Damages due to improper use and maintenance of the product are not considered manufacturing defects. Any defects must be promptly communicated to Casamilano.

How can I clean and maintain a product?

With your order you receive a card with all the information relating to the product purchased, care, maintenance. If you have lost it, you can download it directly from the site by clicking on "Product sheet" of the item you are interested in.
